About Me
I’m Martin “Kaz” Kazmierowski, the trainer behind Kaz Athletics. With over 15 years of experience as a certified coach, I’ve worked with clients of all levels — from everyday people wanting to improve their health, to athletes striving for peak performance.
I hold certifications as a USA Weightlifting Coach and NASM Certified Personal Trainer & Performance Enhancement Specialist. My training services include Olympic weightlifting, hypertrophy, strength training, weight loss, body composition, adaptive training, sports performance, and lifestyle fitness.
Alongside my private training, I also work with Carroll College students in Helena, Montana. I currently teach the Carroll Power Hour, a functional fitness HIIT-style class.
I believe in building strength that carries over into everyday life, while tailoring programs to meet each client’s unique goals. My approach is equal parts knowledge, discipline, and encouragement — helping people push past limits and discover what they’re capable of.
